Cold-pressed safflower oil provides delicacy while extra virgin olive oil brings fruit notes in the right measure – all this with balanced smoking notes, resulting in an excellent product for composing recipes without overpowering other ingredients. It is made through our unique, natural, healthy and conscious smoking method that does not directly expose the product to smoke or heat, thereby preserving the delicate characteristics of cold extraction.

Conscious woodsmoking
We use a minimal amount of certified wood, only 30 g per liter of olive oil – a ratio often much lower than that used in conventional smoking or even in barbecue. In all our processes, we have as a premise the minimum impact and the reuse of waste.
